1. Introduction

Floyd’s House, Inc. (“Floyd’s House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization serving young adults who are aging out of foster care or facing homelessness, instability, and limited family support.

We respect your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information obtained through our website at https://floydshouse.org/ and related online forms and communications (collectively, the “Site”).

When online donations or payments are processed through an outside payment processor, payment-card information is submitted to and processed by that provider under its own privacy and security practices.

Floyd’s House may receive transaction details needed to record the donation, issue an acknowledgment, respond to questions, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting or legal requirements. Floyd’s House does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers through its ordinary website systems when payment information is processed directly by an outside provider.

We will not publish a participant’s name, photograph, video, personal story, foster-care history, housing status, health information, or other identifying information merely because the information was provided to Floyd’s House.

Public use of identifiable participant information will require separate, informed permission appropriate to the intended use. Participation in Floyd’s House programs will not be conditioned on agreeing to publicity or promotional use.

Withdrawal of media permission will apply prospectively and may not permit Floyd’s House to retrieve materials that were previously and lawfully printed, distributed, or published.
